Business Systems Analyst – Carlton FC

(10 month maternity leave position)
The Business Systems Analyst will be expected to work closely with the CRM Vendor and actively contribute to the development and application of a CRM philosophy across all the Club relationships, including high value supporter management, mass relationship development and the associated administrative systems and procedures. As well as providing personalised staff training to ensure complete understanding, this position is also responsible for the uptake of CRM across the business, integrity of data processes, integrations to other systems and return on investment. There is a requirement for regular performance monitoring and reporting, version control along with training documentation.

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst who can write functional specs covering process and data and manage a project to completion.

Role:
 
You will be responsible for the preparation of high-level technical materials for proposals, ensuring alignment of the solutions with the business needs of the clients and the functionality of the core platforms.
 
Analysis and management of the business including functional and non-functional requirements.
 
You will be working closely with implementation teams and participating in the solution functional designs, user stories, wireframing and documenting the design documentation.
 
You:
 
You will have 4+ years work experience as a Business Systems Analyst with the considerable part of the experience in eCommerce / Digital.
 
At least 2 years of experience working with eCommerce platforms (Magento), CMS, Analytics suites (GA, others), EDM and other core Digital platforms.
 
Strong verbal and written English.
 
2+ years of Australian / New Zealand / UK / US / Ireland experience.
 
Experience of working in a mature Agile environment.
 
PMI certifications, BABOK or other BA certifications, TOGAF certification.
