The successful candidate will be a dedicated resource to work within the Accounts Receivable (AR) Department to support the organisation’s Debt Recovery Process, with particular emphasis on the collection, monitoring and reporting of outstanding invoices.

The Admissions Clerk is required to work closely with the Patient Liaison Officer, Bookings Officer and Ward Clerks with daily communication on a one to one basis in relation to patient admission and discharge concerns. Required to relieve the Emergency Department Clerk for their morning and lunch breaks. Required to assist the Emergency Department Clerk and the Patient Liaison Officer as directed. As required, be available for admission duties for special theatre times during the weekends. As required attendance of hospital committees and participation of telephone conferences and meetings. Will be trained and rostered in other administration positions in order to relieve incumbents and gain further experience in administration processes.
