The Faculty of Design Architecture and Building at UTS is home to leading Australian courses in Fashion, Animation, Photography, Visual Communication, Product Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Project Management, Planning and Construction. The faculty has an international reputation for its high impact industry focused research and excellence in teaching and learning. The Faculty prioritises its international connections, the unique student experiences offered as part of the courses, and industry connected research. The Faculty comprises three Schools, five Research Institutes, a Technical Services unit, and general Faculty administrative services.
About the Role
We are seeking to appoint a Faculty Development Manager to lead the development, implementation and management of engagement strategies, plans and relationships with industry, academic partner institutions, and the wider community. This role is critical to the development, promotion and support of the Faculty’s external engagement profile in a highly competitive environment and aimed at developing funding, sponsorship and research opportunities for the Faculty.
You will work closely with the Faculty Dean and Associate Deans, and with other stakeholders in marketing, corporate relations and external engagement to develop, communicate and implement effective relationships that will advance the strategic priorities of the faculty with regard to industry and the wider community.
