• This will be to establish and manage a recruitment desk within the Victorian Construction space.
• This will consist of general and administration responsibilities such as preparing terms of business, update and manage the CRM, researching and updating client information.
• You’ll have Marketing and administrative specific duties for the office including creating an EDM campaign to targeted candidate lists. Sending out content to social media channels using scheduling tool Buffer.
• Connecting with talent Social Media channels specifically LinkedIn as well as your own contribution to the blog. There will be the element of researching for job vacancies and potential leads using job boards like Seek, LinkedIn and client career sites. Responding
to new job vacancies by constructing a longlist of potential candidates.
• Ultimately an End to End recruitment desk.
