Mahlab Media, the internationally award-winning content marketing agency based in Balmain, is expanding its portfolio. This means there are opportunities for sales experts to join its fabulous team.
Sales is evolving. To be a successful ad manager you need to be able to educate and advise marketing managers. This means sharing your knowledge (which we will teach you) about how their services, products or brands can use native advertising and sponsored content on and offline to help demonstrate expertise in their sectors, as well as building relationships with our clients’ audiences.
If you like to work autonomously but also enjoy being part of a lively team who love sharing ideas then we have the job for you. We are looking for real personalities who are prepared to go that extra mile for our clients to achieve sales growth through creating integrated, cross-platform packages.
You’ll be selling across the print and digital platforms that we publish on behalf of our association clients. Importantly, our audiences are niche. Successful candidates will devise innovative and creative ways for advertisers to engage with these highly targeted individuals.
While we will give you an abundance of training, successful applicants should already know how to: sell branding packages, write sophisticated proposals, develop relationships with a wide range of clients, keep the CRM system up to date, and manage your time to hit and surpass your targets.
To be considered for this role you must have:
At least two years’ ad sales experience, print and digital preferred
