Chef to lead the kitchen team at their Sydney site, which includes multiple outlets, relaxed bar areas and a table service sit down casual dining Restaurant. The successful applicant will be a key part of an operation that prides itself in producing quality food & beverages in a high volume environment. Not only will you be supervising and directing a large team of staff but your role will also require you to play a very hands on role in the kitchen. Are you skilled enough as a Chef?….. Are you a hands on leader? ….. are you motivated and up for a new challenge?
